As promised I am sending a picture of my favorite sushi roll, from my all time favorite sushi restaurant Miyozen in Emeryville, CA. . This is a picture of the Titanic! It has every right to be named after that massive ship…. The inside consists of shrimp tempura, cucumber, and avocado… Topped with Tuna, Salmon, crab, and flying fish eggs… drizzled with a yummy sweet sauce. It is the BEST! Enjoy… hope your mouth doesn’t start to salivate
