How often do you eat sushi? Once a quarter???   How often would you like to eat sushi? Monthly or at least be able to affford to.

 

What is your favorite (or favorites) sushi? Dragon roll – yellow tail tuna

 

What is your favorite sushi restaurant? Don’t have one yet.

 

What is your most memorable sushi experience? When dining with a group and everybody orders something different but we all shared.

 

Where is the most unusual or exotic place/city you’ve eaten sushi? New York/ London/ Edinburgh/Las Vegas/Los Angeles

I enjoy:      Nigiri sushi (slice of fish over rice), Maki (roll) sushi, Temaki (handroll) sushi, Chirashi (sashimi over a bowl of rice), Sashimi (slices of fish – no rice), Miso soup,  edamame.

Any other comments: As long as it doesn’t crawl off the plate too fast, I’ll try it.
