Spotlight on Hana Japanese Eatery
This week’s featured sushi restaurant is Hana Japanese Eatery in Phoenix. Located on 7th Avenue and Missouri, between Bethany Home and Camelback, the restaurant indicates it offers ”authentic Japanese cuisine from authentic Japanese chefs. We have brought together over 35 years of experience to create dishes in our kitchen that will make your mouth sing. The freshest cuts of fish, the freshest vegetables, and an eye for detail make our food worth returning for.”
Be sure to ask the staff for recommendations – they are very helpful and offer good suggestions. I highly recommend the Hana Bento Box, the volcano roll, and the Tempura Ice Cream (oh so yummy!). The Bento Box features 6 pieces of sashimi including tuna, salmon, and the chef’s choice, plus a California roll and shrimp and vegetable tempura and served with miso soup.
