		<description>I love to eat vegetable soup at night or in the morning. Preferably miso soup. I cut up a good variety of vegetables but I never feel quite full until I eat some protein like chicken, bacon, fish, beans, eggs, etc.

Why is that? And if you know of any good protein suggestions for soup...please feel free to share! Thank you!
